Terms and Conditions
- Please note over 21s only and strictly no pets/dogs.
- Please strictly no smoking or vaping or naked flames inside the pod or on the decking area.
- Smoking is only permitted on the grassed area and there is a bin provided.
- No additional guest or visitors.
- We ask that you leave the pod clean and tidy please.
- Noise to be kept to a minimum after 10.30 pm.
- Arrival times are between 3.00 and 7.00 pm. ( Please note, do not arrive before 3.00pm so we can ensure the pod is ready for your arrival)
- We can offer later arrival times upon request.
- Departing by 10.00 am.
Cancellation Policy
If you should need to cancel your stay. Please note we are not able to provide a refund, and this also includes weather conditions which may affect your travel plans. We would suggest that you take out your own travel insurance in the event that you may need to cancel your stay. If you need to cancel and you can give us 4 weeks’ notice before your check in date, we may be able to rearrange your stay. If your dates move between seasons there may be a charge incurred for this cancellations. We do not offer refunds or change of dates for any Covid 19 related illnesses. If we need to cancel your stay, we will contact you and discuss alternative arrangements.

Loss or Theft
We accept no, liability for belongings that are lost or stolen on the site including in and outside the pod. Please do not bring your own BBQ or wood for the fire pit these items are to be provided onsite from us. If you are found to be in breach of any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to ask you to leave without any refund.
We also have a lost key charge of £90.00.
Please note that the pod and its contents are videoed prior to your arrival for your peace of mind and in the unlikely event we need proof of theft or damages during your stay.
